Information on the Authenticity of Customer Reviews

Our company collects reviews through the independent service provider SHOPVOTE. SHOPVOTE uses automated and manual measures to verify reviews. Information about the authenticity of customer reviews on SHOPVOTE is available here.

Product reviews are not checked for authenticity

Product reviews are not checked for authenticity before publication. They may therefore also come from consumers who have not actually purchased or used the reviewed products.
