Shipping and Delivery Costs

MerZ IT-SerVice sells only services and downloadable products. These products therefore incur no shipping costs.

Payment Methods

At MerZ IT-SerVice, you can choose from the following methods to pay for your order:

Advance payment by bank transfer
Invoice

If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, you will receive an email after placing your order containing your order confirmation and our bank details. Transfer the stated invoice amount in advance to the account specified in the email, quoting your order number. Once your payment has reached our account (usually within 2-3 working days), we will provide the service or make the downloadable product available to you.

Payment by invoice is available only to registered customers from their 2nd order onwards. When paying by invoice, the invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the service or downloadable product.
