FAQ
What does MITS ImageSlider for modified eCommerce Shopsoftware by Hetfield do?
Marketing power for your online shop: make your online shop more appealing with the proven MITS ImageSlider. This module from MerZ IT-SerVice lets you place dynamic, changing graphics (slideshows) in prominent positions in your shop. It is an effective marketing tool for drawing visitors' attention to special offers, promotions or important content.
A major advantage: unlike Banner Manager, ImageSlider is resistant to ad blockers. The slider also provides modern image delivery with WebP + JPG/PNG fallback and multiple resolutions via srcset, for better loading times and reliable display in all browsers.
The module is easy to manage, supports multiple languages and is update-safe. It offers numerous options, including a choice of slider plugins such as Splide, Slick, bxSlider or NivoSlider, the ability to use multiple sliders simultaneously and image management for tablets and smartphones. GIFs remain GIFs so animations are preserved in the slider. This gives you a flexible, powerful tool for promoting your products and shop.
